The Ozark Source offers the following Returns Policy:

  • Satisfaction and Confidence in us, is our primary goal!
  • Please contact us ASAP should there be an issue!
  • Should we make a mistake, we will correct the issue at no additional charge to you!
  • Should you decide the product is not right for you, we will accept returns at original product cost, with shipping at the buyer's expense.
    • Returns must be in new condition in the original packaging
  • Defective products are covered by a manufacturers stated warranty. If the product is defective as a result of shipping or immediately defective out of the package, we will be happy to assist you. In all other cases, please contact the manufacturer or contact us for manufacturer contact information.
