About The Ozark Source The Ozark Source is a retail store in the Ozarks with over 5,000 different items from nearly every major manufacturer in the fishing, hunting, and camping industries.The mission of The Ozark Source is to provide the community it serves, a retail experience catering to the outdoor enthusiast at a competitive price, but with local presence. Driven largely by the rising costs of energy, and the inadequate presence of a major retailer committed to the category, The Ozark Source fills a void in the local community in which it resides. The Ozark Source is driven to grow and prosper, thru expansion in smaller communities that have the same needs and opportunities. The Ozark Source (a division of TLN Enterprises LLC) was founded by Troy Nogosek in December of 2007, and officially opened its doors for business on March 27, 2008. Prior to this endeavor, Mr. Nogosek was a senior manager for a national fishing and hunting distributor. His previous experience resided in general management, sales, inventory procurement, importation, product development, and print media marketing. After twelve years in the outdoor sports industries at the distributor level, he decided to part ways and open a privately held retail location, while remaining loyal to his passion?.the outdoors.
